America's Mayor is trying to say that if he had been living in the UK, he would have died from prostate cancer, notwithstanding the fact that his numbers are false, and that the UK spends 41 percent of what we do on health care. Giuliani also failed to mention that he was the recipient of government-funded health care, a system very similar to what is being proposed by the Democrats.

But if Rudy wants to play that way, so be it. Maybe one of the Democratic candidates can do an ad showing babies from "socialized" Sweden, and explain how their chances of dying before age 5 would be double if they were born in the U.S., despite the fact we spend far more on health care.
