The Senate will vote today on whether to make the Army Field Manual definition of torture apply to everyone, which pretty much shuts down Bush's waterboarding BS. John McCain has said before that the Army Field Manual rules should apply (see video below).

With his party's pro-torture right wing giving him fits, will he flip flop, will he reclaim the "straight-talk express" mojo and vote his conscience, or will he skip the vote?
