The Strip lawsuit

A comment on a story about the Clinton lawsuit to stop the at-large caucus sites on the Vegas strip:

On what basis does the teachers union really have a legitimate complaint, given that caucuses have traditionally been held at schools? Don't their union employees get the advantage of having higher average caucus participation too? Hasn't that given them the very same kind of advantage for years that the casino workers are now being accused of wanting? Should they be forced to stop hosting caucuses at schools?

It's sad that the Clinton machine feels the need to limit participation in the caucus, when they were all for the same setup before the Culinary union endorsed Obama. As a source at the Obama campaign told me, it's all sour grapes.

The court will hear the case today, and odds are it will be thrown out.
