Looking at the turnout numbers, Republicans should be worried about November. Democrats are turning out in massive numbers this primary season. If this trend continues into the general election, it wouldn't matter if John McCain could walk on water, he would still get buried.
But Republicans are trying to use current polls to downplay the problem:

But there is one big problem. These polls are based on past turnout patterns. They don't take into account this Democratic surge of turnout. In other words, those polls are way off.
